Not all purchases must pull the purse strings to pack a punch. At the moment my favourite smart, casual shoes are from Tu by Sainsbury's! And I have had more compliments on them than any other pair of shoes I own! It takes a bit of rummaging but there are some golden items nestled among the supermarket own brand clothing.
Here are a few of my favourite Autumn 16 pieces from Supermarket own brands.
Military outwear is a big trend this season. This Khaki Floral Embroidered Bomber Jacket from Tu by Sainsbury's is hitting target with the pretty floral embroidery, another key trend seen in all the high street shops at the moment, contrasting with the utilitarian influenced khaki.

This cute pinafore in burgundy is a nod at the top selling pinafores at Topshop, but at £20 refreshingly affordable!

No joke in my current Asos asked is a dress almost exactly the same as this one from George by Asda. You can get this checked dress with polo neck for £18. Pair with black tights and boots for a stylish yet snug winter look.
